Jonathan is a founding partner who specializes in strategic property management solutions. With extensive knowledge in the local market, Jonathan ensures properties are managed efficiently and effectively. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and scuba diving.

Aida is a senior property manager with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial property management. She is known for her attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction. In her free time, Aida enjoys playing tennis, reading, and running marathons.

Stephen Arian

Stephen focuses on tenant relations and lease management. His background in customer service and conflict resolution makes him an invaluable asset to our team. Prior to his career in property management, Stephen was a semi-professional basketball player.

Nora Martinez

Nora is an associate property manager specializing in maintenance coordination and tenant communication. Fluent in six languages, she excels at ensuring smooth interactions between tenants and service providers. Nora is also passionate about mediation and dispute resolution.
